I had to increase my workouts to 6 days a week. I had so much energy, and being on RipFire, I figured I had to put it to use and see what it was really about. It did its job. I wanted to go to the gym every day, and the pump was incredible.
I’m doing 405 on incline, 10, 12 reps. Before taking RipFire, I was stuck at about 4 or 5 reps, so my rep range and strength have increased. My biceps got too big. The influx of oxygen and nutrients and blood was too much for them. I used to do anywhere from 14 to 16 sets of biceps, but I had to cut it back to 10.
